New smash burger joint opening in Mississauga

For those who love their burgers thin and flavourful, this new Mississauga burger joint is one to keep an eye on.
Oklahoma Burgers is gearing up to open at 10 Kingsbridge Garden Circle near Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue West.
The restaurant specializes in smash burgers on a toasted bun, topped with cheddar cheese and a ton of onions. Other toppings on the menu include lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion jam, and a bone marrow sauce.

As for sides, Oklahoma Burgers offers spicy crinkle-cut fries and panko-crusted onion rings, and a deep-fried peanut butter jelly donut for dessert.
The restaurant says they’ve already soft launched, but there’s no word on a grand opening date just yet.
