Zoup! Fresh Soup Company is a fast-casual restaurant known for their award-winning soups.
The menu includes made-to-order sandwiches and salads and hundreds of proprietary soup recipes along with gluten-free, low-fat, vegetarian, dairy-free, and spicy options on the menu.
The website includes nutritional information for each dish available on the menu which is perfect for those counting their calories and watching what they eat.
The American franchise was founded in 1997 and has over 85 locations across North America and nine are located in Ontario including one which recently opened in Mississauga along Dixie Rd. at Eglinton.
Food Menu: The menu includes hundreds of proprietary soup recipes with a variety of 12 rotating flavours available on a daily basis. You’ll find soups such as chicken potpie (creamy chicken soup with mixed vegetables garnished with crumbled pie crust); broccoli cheddar (creamy vegetable soup with fresh broccoli, mild cheddar cheese, garlic, carrots, celery and onions); lobster bisque (real-cream soup with lobster, crawfish, butter and a hint of sherry); frontier 7 bean (pinto, kidney, garbanzo, navy and black beans, lentils, peas, tomatoes, onions, garlic and vegetarian Worcestershire sauce); old-fashioned chicken noodle (chicken soup with sweet peas, fresh sage, garlic, carrots, celery, onions and wide egg noodles); pumpkin pie bisque (pureed pumpkin with brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and garnished with crumbled pie crust) and more.
There are seven sandwiches on the menu which include pesto 3-cheese (pepper jack, provolone, mild cheddar, tomato, pesto on country french bread); southwest turkey (sliced turkey, pepper jack, tomato, chipotle mayo on country french bread); quinoa veggie wrap (quinoa and brown rice, cucumbers, carrots, fresh red peppers, baby kale, tomato, avocado, balsamic vinaigrette in a multigrain wrap) and more.

There are eight salad options such as sonoma (romaine, spring mix, gorgonzola, dried cranberries, toasted almonds with raspberry vinaigrette); loco burrito (romaine, grilled chicken, cheddar, pico de gallo, avocado, fajita lime sauce, corn tortilla strips with chipotle ranch dressing); asian (romaine, grilled chicken, carrots, fresh red peppers, scallions, toasted almonds, crispy wontons with sesame dressing) and more.
