New Mississauga condo tower now completed

New condos across the street from Erin Mills Town Centre in west Mississauga are going on sale this week.
Starting in the mid-$500,000 range, the condos—from studio units to two-bedroom plus den suites—are situated in a 25-storey tower on the northeast corner of Erin Mills Pkwy. and Eglinton Ave. and represent the next phase of Daniels Erin Mills’ development in Mississauga.
Condos in the 325-unit Daniels Erin Mills Kindred Condominiums are going on sale beginning in September.
The condo tower is the first of three new buildings planned for the site. It will eventually be joined by a rental building and a mature living residence. Additionally, according to the builder, the development will provide a higher standard in accessible-designed living spaces, and at no extra cost for those using mobility devices.
“Kindred is poised to continue the success of the community with its modern architecture, spacious suites and luxury amenities,” the developer said, noting Erin Mills Town Centre just across the street recently underwent $100 million in renovations to better serve residents.

“Following the success of our Daniels Erin Mills community at Erin Mills Pkwy. and Eglinton Ave., we are thrilled to introduce the next phase across the street on the northeast corner,” Daniels officials said in a statement announcing the project.
Prospective homebuyers can register online with Daniels to receive an invitation to an upcoming sales event.
Daniels’ master-planned community has already introduced hundreds of new residences to the area since its 2014 launch, along with new retail spaces, offices and outdoor amenities, officials say.
