New Middle Eastern bakery and shawarma restaurant now open in Mississauga

A new Mississauga restaurant’s opening should interest lovers of Middle Eastern cuisine and baked goods.

El Prince Shawarma & Bakery, which boasts a second floor patio, is now open at 3040 Artesian Dr (near Winston Churchill and Eglinton Ave W).

The menu features a variety of breakfast dishes, sandwiches (chicken, lamb or falafel), chicken and lamb shawarma, shawarma on rice, shawarma poutine, shawarma salad, and sides including samosa, fries and hummus, among other dishes.

As for the bakery, El Prince offers multiple kinds of baked Fatayer (Middle Eastern meat pies): Cheese, spinach & cheese, salami & cheese, za’atar and safiha.

El Prince also has a Toronto location at 2052 Sheppard Ave E.
