New health food restaurant plans to open at The Food District in Mississauga

For those of us who like to keep our eating habits healthy, this new restaurant coming to The Food District in Mississauga could be worth checking out.
imPerfect Fresh Eats, a health food chain based in Toronto, will be opening one of its few non-Toronto locations at The Food District at Square One sometime next winter.
The restaurant’s menu features a selection of healthy bowls, wraps, and smoothies, as well as options to build your own bowl or wrap from a variety of ingredients.

imPerfect’s name is based on the restaurant’s use of imperfect produce to lower costs for customers “without sacrificing nutrition or taste.”
“This solution also helps save perfectly good food from going to waste and supports our local farmers and producers with an extra source of income,” says the imPerfect team.

No exact opening date has been confirmed, but the restaurant already has signage up for a Winter 2023 opening.
