New fried chicken restaurant coming to CF Lime Ridge Mall in Hamilton

Hamilton is soon to welcome a new Mary Brown’s location as the fried chicken franchise opens in CF Lime Ridge Mall.
Mary Brown’s Chicken will be located next to Mucho Burrito on the ground floor level near mall entrance number one.
The Canadian franchise first started in 1969 in Newfoundland and now has almost 200 locations across the country.
The menu features chicken sandwiches, house-made coleslaw, taters, and the signature fried chicken which is available in meal deals of two to thirty pieces.
Mary Brown’s Chicken says its success over the years has come from developing its very own proprietary cookers.

Rather than pressure fried, which is the industry standard, their cookers use heat to seal in juiciness and flavour and give the chicken its delicious natural golden colour.
“Mary Brown’s is real, wholesome, comfort food, made fresh daily,” the Canadian restaurant chain says on its website. “It’s always been that way – and always will be. We won’t settle for less.”

The CF Lime Ridge Mall location is set to follow mall hours, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
