This fall, a new, master-planned community located adjacent to Mount Pleasant GO Station will be launched as one of Brampton’s first new purpose-built rentals in 15 years.

The project, MPV, will be comprised of three housing types and include studios, two-bedrooms, suites and townhouses that infuse local culture and modern architecture in its unique design vision.

This major investment into Brampton is a partnership between Choice Properties and The Daniels Corporation, which leverages the experience and expertise of both to create a community-based real estate project that embraces the city’s transit, greenspace and activities for residents.

The focal point of the development will be Mount Pleasant Civic Square, a public space featuring art installations, playground and pond that turns into a skating rink in the winter.

Next to the square will be a cultural and education centre with a modern, two-storey library and elementary school located within the restored CPR train station.

The transit-oriented urban village is directly connected with the Mount Pleasant GO station, as well as easy access to the 400-series highway and fast-growing Zum rapid transit bus service.

Located on Bovaird Drive, east of Creditview, MPV will see a mixture of condo suite and townhomes, followed by Brampton’s first purpose-built rentals in 15 years.
