The first phase of a master-planned community slated to take shape near the Falls, the Fallsview Casino, Clifton Hill and other downtown Niagara Falls attractions is set to reach completion next year.

A mid-rise condo that will be part of The Stanley District community is currently under construction at Ferry Street and Stanley Avenue. Once complete, the building will stand at seven storeys and boast 65 units.

According to BuzzBuzzHome, units start in the high $500,000s.

The building, developed by La Pue International, is part of a community that will feature condos, a boutique hotel and street-level retail.

“The Stanley District is bringing a new level of luxury and panache to Niagara’s evolving landscape,” the project’s website reads.

“Close to all the cultural offerings and amenities of this vibrant area, The Stanley District is securely entrenched within one of the city’s most desirable communities.”

As far as amenities go, the condo will feature a games room, health and fitness club, bar lounge, party room, storage lockers, roof terrace, pool, private dining area, concierge, outdoor lounge with a fire pit, billiard table, BBQ area and more.

The building will also feature two high-speed elevators and two levels of underground parking.

According to BuzzBuzzHome, the suites, which come in one-bedroom, two-bedroom and other configurations, will feature nine-foot ceilings (and 12-foot ceilings on the top floor), laminate flooring, energy-efficient windows and doors, noise-reduction technology and private balconies.
