Narcotics stolen in Brampton pharmacy robbery

Police in Brampton have another pharmacy robbery to investigate.

This one occurred late on Thursday afternoon (June 30). Peel Regional Police say they received a report at 4:57 p.m. about a hold-up in the area of Peter Robertson Boulevard and Bramalea Road. Suspects were able to leave with a quantity of narcotics, but it is “unknown if weapons were used.”

At least one other pharmacy in Brampton has been robbed this week. On Sunday (June 26), narcotics were reported stolen by two men from a pharmacy in the vicinity of Vodden St. and Lakeridge Drive.

Also, around 7:30 p.m. last Tuesday (June 21), there was a report of a pharmacy robbery in the area of Eglinton Avenue East and Central Parkway East in Mississauga.
