Naked man wandering Whitby streets has police searching for vulnerable senior

Reports of a naked man wandering around north Whitby early Friday morning has police looking for a vulnerable “suspicious” person, with the man described as being between 75 and 80 years old.

Durham Police are asking for the public’s help in finding the man, who was seen walking “with no clothing” on both Fifewood Crescent and Chipperfield Crescent between 1 a.m. and 1:20 a.m.

Police have concerns for the man’s safety and well-being and are asking anyone with information to contact investigators. The man is described as white, 75-80-years old and 5’10” to 6’ tall. He has a thin build, short grey hair and a clean-shaven face.
