Hamilton Police are still hoping the public can help in the search for a truck driver who mysteriously disappeared nearly four weeks ago, with his truck abandoned on the Burlington Skyway Bridge.

Charanpreet Singh, 25, a long-haul transport truck driver, was last seen on Dec. 14. On that same day, his truck was found abandoned on the bridge near Eastport Drive.

Police and Singh’s family are concerned for the man’s safety. No updates as to the circumstances surrounding his disappearance have been provided by investigators.

“The collaboration of the community is crucial in ensuring Charanpreet’s safe return,” Hamilton Police said in a statement.

Singh is Indian, five-foot-six and 140 pounds with a thin black beard and a distinctive half-sleeve tattoo of a tiger’s face from wrist to elbow on his left arm. When last seen, he was wearing a black turban, grey jacket, grey shirt, black sweatpants and black running shoes.

Police say Singh is known to frequent Brampton and Edmonton.

If you have any information about the missing man’s whereabouts, contact Hamilton Police at 905-546-2907 or 905-546-2963.
