Music, tractor rides, vendor market at first-ever SpringFest celebration in Milton

A new festival celebrating spring in Milton is coming up later this month.

SpringFest will bring a myriad of events and activities to Country Heritage Park on Saturday, May 18.

“SpringFest has many activities for everyone,” said a spokesperson.

“We will have a market featuring small business owners. We will have thrift pop-ups, food trucks, a picnic set-up area and live music. We will also have a tractor tour showcasing the beautiful Country Heritage Park.”

Other activities during the event, which will run rain or shine, includes a vendor market, yoga workshop and a Bollywood dance workshop with Sanya Sachdeva.

Tickets for the event cost $15 and the historical tractor tour is $5.

“Our goal is to enrich Milton’s local culture and foster a sense of community engagement. We aim to create an event that not only entertains but also showcases Milton’s potential as a tourist and recreational destination.”

NOUR LYAKOUBI

The event is being organized by Nour Lyakoubi, a university student and local businesswoman.

Her goal is to contribute to the growth, success and resilience of the Milton community.
