Ontario, Mississauga, speeding, police, stunt driving

Running late somewhere, Peel Regional Police say, doesn’t allow you to speed on the streets in Mississauga.

A vehicle was pulled over Thursday after police say it was speeding at 115 Km/h in a 60 km/h zone.

“Running late for work? Call ahead and let someone know!” Peel police said in a post on social media platform X.

A 21-year-old motorist has been charged with stunt driving and has had their licence suspended and car impounded.

“You’re still going to be late,” added police to the driver.
