Motorcyclist in serious condition after West Lincoln crash

A motorcyclist remains in serious condition after losing control of his bike in West Lincoln last night (June 23).
Police say a 24-year-old Suzuki rider was driving northbound on Caister Road toward Twenty Road at 9 pm and lost control of the bike. Skidding off the road, he hit a tree and was found with life-threatening injuries.
Niagara Regional Police 8 District (Grimsby), EMS and the Lincoln Fire Department arrived on scene following the crash. The victim was transported to an out-of-region hospital.
The investigation remains ongoing by detectives with the Reconstruction Collision Unit.
