A collision is causing delays in Brampton this afternoon (Apr. 30).

Shortly after 12 p.m., a crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle was reported in the area of Howden Blvd and Dixie Rd.

Injuries are currently unknown.

Motorists should expect delays in the area and take alternate routes if possible.

UPDATE: The motorcyclist has been transported to local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and the roadway has been cleared.
