Most expensive homes sold in March in Mississauga

The most expensive homes sold in Mississauga in March all went for under $3 million.

The real estate market is showing signs of an upward swing. The latest report from the Canadian Real Estate Association shows prices stabilizing after months of price declines.

The luxury housing market in Mississauga didn’t see big ticket home sales in March, according to a list of the most expensive homes sold from real estate brokerage and website Zoocasa. And all the homes sold for close to the asking price.

Here’s Zoocasa’s list of the most expensive homes sold in the last month:

1726 Sherwood Forrest Circle

This four-bedroom home in Sheridan comes with a stone open hearth gas fireplace and in-ground pool. There is also a personal gym space in the basement.

This place sold on March 25 for the asking price of $1,995,000.

225 Pinetree Way

This four-bedroom home in Mineola comes on a large lot with space for at least 10 cars. There is an in-ground, saltwater pool in the backyard and it’s in an area surrounded by multi-million dollar homes.

The place sold for $2,070,000 on March 24, just under the asking price of $2,200,000.

1690 Howat Cres.

Located in the Lorne Park area, this four-bedroom home has an updated kitchen and dining room along with a cozy family room with a gas fireplace. There is also a pool in the backyard.

This place sold for $2,162,000 on March 2, just under the $2,199,000 asking price.

2046 Eckland Court

This two-storey home off Mississauga Road features 5,549 square feet of living space residence and four bedrooms. There is a conservatory with views of the pool and backyard.

This place sold for $2,627,500 on Feb. 29, over the $2,549,000 asking price.

4243 Bridlepath Trail

The most expensive home on this list is a 5,300-square-foot home overlooking the Credit River and a ravine. It has multiple walk-outs, a library and a pool.

This home sold for $2,650,000 on March 2, just over the asking price of $2,588,800.
