Most expensive home sold for $2.8M last month in Brampton

The summer season is still a buyer’s market for real estate, but at least five sellers moved high-priced properties in Brampton last month.

A recent report from Wahi found underbidding for single-family homes in the GTA has surged to its highest level since February 2024, with some 95 per cent of neighbourhoods with at least five home sales in July going for below asking — up from 82 per cent a year ago.

Here’s a look at the five most expensive homes sold in Brampton last month, all of which also sold under the asking price.

1. 24 Rosegarden Dr. – $2,800,000

This huge bungalow has over 4,500 square feet of living space above ground including a sunroom-style great room and indoor atrium. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a center island, custom cabinetry, and a breakfast area.

There’s also a fully finished walk-out basement with a second kitchen, living space, bedroom and three-piece bath.

2. 8 Natural Terr. – $2,600,000

This detached home sits on a pie-shaped lot backing onto the Lionhead golf club and “offers luxury and tranquillity” with 10-foot ceilings on the main floor, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, a private balcony overlooking the golf course, and a large backyard “outdoor oasis.”

3. 28 Adrian Cres. – $2,085,000

This detached home on a ravine lot has over 6,600 square feet of living space with a legal walkout basement apartment. The home has 5+2 bedrooms and six washrooms, a chef-inspired kitchen with high-end appliances, and a primary bedroom with walk-in closets and a 5-piece en suite.

4. 7 Sea Cliff Cres. – $1,765,000

This home features more than 6,000 square feet of living space with a tandem garage, four bedrooms and three wash rms upstairs, a library on the main floor, and a legal three-bedroom basement apartment with separate entrance.

5. 8 Scotchmere Cres. – $1,710,000

This home in Brampton’s River Stone community features 4+1 bedrooms, an open-concept kitchen, and a library that could be used as a fifth bedroom. The primary suite has a five-piece en suite and large closets, while the finished basement has a full kitchen, washroom, bedroom, storage, and wiring for a home theatre system.
