Most affordable homes all sold for under $400K last month in Brampton

The average house price may have been around $900,000 in Brampton last month, but more than a handful of homes sold for less than half that number and below the $400,000 mark.

Detached and semi-detached homes were still the most popular property types in Brampton last month, but the most affordable homes sold were all in the condo apartment market.

Here’s a look at the five most affordable homes sold in Brampton last month.
