More vaccination clinics for ages 12 to 17 opening in Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon

A number of new vaccination clinics at schools are opening in Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon for those ages 12 to 17.

Times and eligibility will vary at each site.

 


BRAMPTON

Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at vaccine clinic (Masjid Mubarak)

10545 Hurontario St., Brampton

Dates: June 12 – 13

Times: 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Vaccine type: Pfizer

Who’s eligible: First doses for anyone age 12 and over and second doses for those 70+ and those who received their first dose of Pfizer or Moderna on or before April 18.

Walk-ins welcome.

Embassy Grand vaccination centre

8800 The Gore Rd, Brampton

Ongoing temporary vaccine clinic

Who’s eligible:

  • Individuals 12 years or older receiving first doses.
  • Adults 70 years or older, individuals who received their first dose on or before April 18, and others eligible for second doses.

Bramalea Civic Centre

150 Central Park Dr, Brampton

Dates: May 15 to June 11

Offering first doses along with second doses to those who are eligible, including those 70 years or older and those who received their first Pfizer dose on or before April 18.

This clinic is a partnership between Roots Community Services, Wellfort Community Health Services, Black Health Task Force of Peel, Black Health Alliance, Black Physicians Association of Ontario, Region of Peel Public Health, the Ontario Ministry of Health and Ontario Health. To increase vaccine accessibility, this clinic is to focus on individuals who identify as Black and their families.

Who can book: Individuals 12 years or older who work, live, or attend school in Peel and who identify as Black (e.g. Black-Canadian, African, Caribbean, Afro-Latin, Afro-Indigenous etc.)

Limited walk-ins for all Peel residents 12 years and older are accepted from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sheridan College Davis Campus clinic

7899 McLaughlin Road, Brampton 

Dates: Extended until June 13
Who can book: First doses for individuals 12 years or older who live, work or go to school in Peel. Second doses for those who are eligible, including individuals 70 years of age and older who received their first dose at least 28 days before, and those who received their first dose before April 18.

Vaccine type: Pfizer
