Power outage Mississauga.

Alectra reports that about 1,320 customers are without power in Mississauga tonight (Sep. 14).

The public utility reports that crews have been dispatched to the trouble spot, which appears to be located in the northwest part of the city, north of Britannia Road West, south of Aquitane Avenue, east of the 10th Line, and west of Glen Erin Drive.

Residents in the area began reporting that the power went out around 6 p.m. and continued to be in the dark late into the evening.

Alectra says the cause of the power failure has not yet been determined and is still under investigation.

Power is expected to be restored around midnight.
