Mississauga Woman Charged with Assault After Parking Lot Scuffle

Some people just don’t get into the holiday spirit in the right way, it seems.

According to a recent CTV News article, a woman was arrested for assault after a Saturday night altercation in a Square One parking lot.

A cell phone video recorded by Mohsin Sheikh (which you can see here, courtesy of CP24) shows a woman attempting to reserve an underground parking spot with her body. Sheikh told multiple news outlets that the woman became incensed when he asked if he could take the spot and hurled racial slurs at him.

Sheikh alleges that a second woman punched him as he was turning off the camera.

A 25-year-old Mississauga woman was charged with assault in connection with the incident.
