As Mississauga drivers won’t be able to take the Gardiner Expressway into Toronto this weekend, GO Transit has made some scheduling changes to help you get around by bus.

Here is what you need to know about trips normally scheduled to arrive at or depart Union Station Bus Terminal between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 10, and Sunday, July 11.

Route 16 buses will not run. Customers can take Route 18 and connect to Lakeshore West trains running between Aldershot GO and Union Station.

Trains will run every 30 minutes all day. PRESTO customers transferring from the bus to the train, should tap on and off on the bus, and tap on and off at the train station as usual.

Route 21 and 31 buses will connect to Lakeshore West trains running between Port Credit GO and Union Station.

Trains will run every 30 minutes all day. PRESTO customers transferring between bus and train service, should only tap on and off the bus. Do not tap on or off at the station for the train. At Port Credit GO, the fare between there and Union Station will be automatically applied when you tap on or off the bus.

Metrolinx will have extra staff in the stations to help customers get where they need to go.

Outside these hours, GO bus service will run to and from USBT as usual.

Online schedules will show the regular trip times and stops but you can visit the Schedules Changes page for more information.
