Mississauga Teen Arrested After Two Men Stabbed, Seriously Injured

Police have recently made an arrest following a stabbing incident that happened in Mississauga.

At 11:56 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, officers attended a plaza at Tenth Line and Thomas Street after an altercation resulted in two men being stabbed.

“An 18 year-old-man and a 20 year-old-man were both transported to a trauma centre with life threatening injuries and were later deemed to be in stable condition,” police say.

On Friday, June 14, police arrested a 17 year old Mississauga resident in relation to this incident.

He is charged with two counts of aggravated assault.

As the accused is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, his identity will not be disclosed.
