A Mississauga e-commerce agency has purchased one of India’s leading digital media companies.

Kinex Media just announced it acquired Infino Group, an Indian digital media company that offers graphic design for web and mobile, online brand strategy consulting, mobile sites and apps development, and more.

“I believe this is a game changing event for Kinex Media,” said Kinex Media co-founder Simant Sharma. “Infino makes us a uniquely positioned agency in Canada – one that is ahead of the curve in the disciplines that will matter most in the years to come.”

Just approaching its 10th anniversary, Kinex Media decided now was the time to expand.

“We are delighted to join forces with Infino Digital,” Amir Waheed, co-founder of Kinex Media said. “We’ve been extremely impressed with both their digital capabilities and the strength of their management team. Globally, Kinex Media is building a strong integrated digital network and we’re confident that Infino Group will provide the expertise and talent we need to deliver innovative work and added value to our clients worldwide.”

Kinex Media of kinexmedia.com develops e-commerce sites for global companies such as Lastman’s Bad Boy, Staples, Catelli, Caterpillar, Canon, Becker Shoes, and more.

Kinex took one of Clutch’s “Top B2B Companies” awards in 2020 and 2021, and another Clutch accolade as “Canada’s leading eCommerce Developers for 2022.”

The company’s head office is at 25 Watline Ave. in Mississauga, and they have a second location in downtown Toronto. The acquisition deal helps Kinex Media build on a global scale.

They currently employ more than 100 developers.
