Mississauga power outage affects 2,000-plus homes and businesses

A power outage in Mississauga is expected to last until late on Monday evening (Aug. 22).
Alectra Utilities says 2,200 homes and businesses are affected. The expected time of resumption (ETR) is 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Any intersections where traffic lights are out of service is to be treated like an all-way stop.
UPDATE: As of 11:25 p.m., 54 homes and businesses remain affected.
