Mississauga Music Week Starts Tonight

Mississauga Music Week kicks off tonight, and here’s a little look at what to expect.

Tonight (August 6), festivities will start with the official kick-off party, being held at the rec room at 7:30 pm.

There the nominees for the Mississauga Music Awards will be announced, followed by performances by Kendra Charest-French, David Boyd Janes and FXRRVST.

Later tonight there will also be an Open Mic Jam Night at Cuchulainn’s Irish Pub at 10 pm.

• Rock the Coliseum/ Mosaic Gala – Living Arts Centre – 6:30 pm.
• MAC Open Mic – Celebration Square Amphitheatre – 8 pm.

Thursday, August 8:

• Musicians + Money Panel – Metalworks Institute – 6:30 pm.
• Open Mic Night – Failte Irish Pub – 10 pm.

Friday, August 9:

• Rock the Coliseum – Celebration Square Amphitheatre – 5:30 pm.

Saturday, August 10:

• Rock the Coliseum – Celebration Square Amphitheatre – 4 pm.
