Mississauga mother celebrating big lotto win

An expectant mother is celebrating a big lotto winner in Mississauga.

OLG says Melissa Maraj won a $50,000 top prize with Instant Crossword inside Instant Gift Pack (Game #1926).

OLG says discovered her big win using the OLG Lottery App.

“I was ecstatic,” the 35-year-old engaged woman told OLG. “I was chatting with the family on Facetime in excitement!”

The mother of two currently has a third baby on the way.

“This win came at an amazing time,” she told OLG.

“We will complete some baby renovations in the home and take a family vacation when the baby is born.”

The winning ticket was purchased at The Lottery Stop on Rebecca Street in Oakville.
