Peel Regional Police say the girl was a student at the school, identified as the Mississauga Martial Arts Centre on Unity Dr., from 2019 to 2020.

The youth was allegedly assaulted during that time, police say, adding she did not suffer any physical injuries.

Investigators with the Peel police Special Victims Unit arrested a man this week.

Jason Beaudin, 47, of Cambridge, is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.

He was held for a bail hearing in Brampton court.
