Rassoul Kadum couldn’t find the words to express any joy he felt after recently winning $100,000 on a Lotto Max Encore play.

And even if the Mississauga man could come up with a few appropriate adjectives and thoughts, he didn’t want to share them publicly while collecting his winnings at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.

Kadum, whose July 15 ticket matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order, also won $2 on another Encore selection for a total prize of $100,002.

OLG officials say while big lottery winners are obligated to visit the Prize Centre in Toronto to have their photo taken for publication, they do not have to offer any words describing their thoughts, reactions to the win or plans for the money.

Kadum’s winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada, on The Queensway in Mississauga.
