Mississauga man charged with two counts of sexual assault

A Mississauga man is facing sexual assault and forcible confinement charges after two women were assaulted on a boat docked near Port Credit Harbour in June.

Investigators with the Peel Regional Police Special Victims Unit say two women met a man, who’s associated with a local charity, at his boat on June 13. 

They were sexually assaulted a short time later, police say.

Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey, 51, of Mississauga, was charged Tuesday with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of forcible confinement.

He’s scheduled to appear in Brampton court Oct. 25.

Police believe there may be other victims.
