Mississauga Man a Millionaire Following Huge Lotto Win

Christmas has come early for a very, very lucky Mississauga man.
OLG recently congratulated Schamsullah Noori for winning the Guaranteed $1 Million Prize in the December 8, 2018 Lotto 6/49 draw.
“I enjoy playing Lotto 6/49, Lotto Max, and Pools” Noori, a 30-year old driver, told OLG. “This is my first big win!”
OLG says Noori was shocked.
“I scanned my ticket on the OLG Lottery App and I was shocked – actually I still don’t believe it.”

Noori, who is the father of a newborn son, plans on paying off bills, heading to Germany to see family, and spoiling his baby.
“This win is really great – it’s going to change my life.”
Since its launch in June 1982, Ontario Lotto 6/49 players have won over $12.4 billion in prizes, including 1,364 jackpot wins and 258 Guaranteed $1 Million Prize draws.
The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada on Dixie Road in Brampton.
Christmas has also come early for another lucky Mississauga man.
