A beautiful two-storey detached home in the Mineola area of Mississauga recently sold for nearly double the price it fetched just two years ago.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 1594 Calverton Crt. sold on Feb. 23 for $3.3 million, a significant increase from the $1.7 million it went for on March 10, 2020, according to HouseSigma.

Featuring two garages and situated on a stunning 152 x 185 treed lot, the 3,500-plus sq. ft. home also offers a finished basement and has been renovated with a modern touch throughout.

A focal point of the south Mississauga home is a “stunning entertainer’s kitchen” complete with marble counters and a centre island.

The property is also close to schools, parks and the Port Credit GO station, in addition to the QEW.
