Federal election candidates, local politicians and Mississauga residents can go head-to-head during a live public information session on September 13.

As part of the City of Mississauga’s ongoing campaign to draw attention to local needs and priorities, the virtual event will include the participation of candidates who have registered in all Mississauga federal ridings.

Members of Mississauga City Council will be the featured panellists who will be asking the candidates the questions, but members of the public will be able to have their say as well.

Priorities that Mississauga has outlines include transit, infrastructure, housing and support for businesses.

The event will run from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. and will be live streamed.

Members of the public can participate by registering online.
