Missing woman may be in Brampton, Mississauga or elsewhere in Peel

A missing young woman is familiar with Peel Region and may be in Brampton, Mississauga or elsewhere in the area.
Waterloo Regional Police announced around 5:40 that they were looking for Jasmen Sandhu, 20, who they believe may be in their jurisdiction. WRPS did not specify where Sandhu is from, however.
Police described Sandhu as 5’6″ with an average build. She was wearing a yellow shirt and black pant and carrying a black backpack when last seen.
Investigators say they is concern for her well-being.
At 6:13 Peel Regional Police reiterated Waterloo Police’s plea for information saying Sandhu is also familiar with their area. They did not however say where in the Region she was familiar with.
