Missing man in Brampton should be cautiously approached

A man who is reported missing in Brampton is considered vulnerable and should be treated gently if found.

Peel Police says that 43-year-old Jagtar was last seen walking in the area of Queen Street and Angelgate Road. Police have not indicated when he was last seen. As well, police in Peel only reveal the first name of a person who is missing.

Police say that Jagtar is “vulnerable” and should be approached in a calm manner using reassuring words.

He is described as being 5-foot-7 with a thin build and bald.

At the time of his disappearance, Jagtar was wearing black pants and a black winter coat. He may be travelling by bus or other forms of public transit.

In this case, police say if you encounter Jagtar, you can alert officers by calling 911.
