Missing Malton man, 44, last seen in Mississauga 9 days ago

The Peel police are requesting assistance from local residents as they search for a missing 44-year-old man from Malton.

Officers from the 12 Division criminal investigation bureau say that Gifford Mcleod was last seen on Oct. 15 at 1 p.m., leaving his residence in the area of Darcel Ave. and Etude Dr. in Mississauga. He is possibly in the Toronto area. Police and his family members are concerned for his well-being.

Mcleod is described as a Black man who is about five-foot-eight and 190 pounds with a dark complexion and a medium build. He has brown brown eyes and black Afro-style hair, which might be shaved. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt that says, “JAMAICA NO PROBLEM” on the front, black pants, orange shoes and is possibly carrying a backpack. .
