Missing boater in Lake Ontario last seen in Oakville

Rescue units are searching the waters of Lake Ontario after a boat has failed to return to shore.

The Marine Unit of Halton Regional Police and other teams are checking the water for the unidentified boater who was last seen yesterday around noon in Oakville.

Marine units from surrounding jurisdictions have been notified and are participating in the search.
