Missing and vulnerable 75-year-old man last seen in Oshawa

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a vulnerable 75-year-old man who was reported missing in Oshawa on Sunday.

Durham Regional Police say, Orlando was last seen around noon in the area of Stevenson Road North and Adelaide Avenue West.

Investigators describe him as a white man with a tanned complexion. He is approximately 5-foot-7 in height with a medium build and short grey-and-black hair.

A description of his clothing at the time of his disappearance has not been shared by police.

Officers say he may be travelling with a bicycle.
