UPDATE: Missing 23-year-old from Brampton known to take public transit

UPDATE: Peel Police say the missing man has been located safe.

Peel Regional Police are seeking help from residents in locating a missing man who was last seen walking in the Brampton area.

On Sunday (Nov. 12) police say 23-year-old Simar was last seen near Gore Road and Castlemore Road.

Investigators describe Simar as 5-foot-11 in height, with a slim build and a head of curly hair.

Simar was wearing a green jacket, black joggers and black and orange shoes at the time of his disappearance.

Police say Simar uses public transit as a means of transportation.

Simar’s family and police are concerned for his safety.
