Missing 14-year-old Welland girl has been located

Niagara Regional Police Service is appealing to the public in helping locate a 14-year-old who went missing Saturday afternoon.

On Saturday (May. 6) at approximately 4:00 p.m. police say 14-year-old Isabelle (also known as “Bella”) Fidler, was last seen on Harriet St in Welland.

Officers say her reason for travel is unclear and believe Isabelle may have left on foot or received a ride from an unknown person.

The teen is described as a white girl approximately five-foot-three, weighing 120 pounds, with blonde hair.

Investigators say Bella was last seen wearing a white and brown camouflage backpack. No further clothing description is currently available.

Police and Bella’s family are concerned for her welfare.

Anyone who may have seen her or has any information as to where Isabelle Fidler may be are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1003306.

 

UPDATE: Police have removed Bella’s image from their site indicating that she has been found. No other information was provided.
