Motorists in Hamilton might face minor delays next along an access road that connects the QEW highway to the Niagara Escarpment.

The City of Hamilton advises that sewer and culvert inspection work is scheduled to take place on the Fifty Rd. escarpment access roadway, starting Monday (Nov. 14) and continuing till Friday (Nov. 18) from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. Lane restrictions will be in place each day for the safety of the transit workers.

The city adds that drivers  may face delays.

Fifty Rd. originates in Winona, near Hamilton’s boundary with Niagara Region, and connects drivers coming off of the Queen Elizabeth Way highway with both Hwy. 8 / Main St. in Stoney Creek and Ridge Rd.
