Milton residents reminded that interim property tax bills being mailed this month

The Town of Milton reminding residents that interim property tax bills are being mailed out this month.

The Town has issued a reminder that installments are due on February 28 and April 29.

According to the Town, taxes are calculated based on a 12 month period regardless of occupancy date. Additionally, they do not include in-year adjustments resulting from supplementary, omitted or appeal activity.

Residents are encouraged to use the Town’s Property Tax Calculator to view their annual tax levy as well as to see the breakdown of where their tax dollars go.
