Milton residents can figure out property tax through Town’s website

Milton residents can figure out how much property tax they have to pay through the Town’s property tax assessment calculator.
The calculator, which can be found on the Town’s website, is a tool that may be used to further understand the breakdown of where tax dollars go as well as see their annual tax levy.
According to the Town, taxes are calculated based on a 12 month period regardless of occupancy date. Additionally, they do not include in-year adjustments resulting from supplementary, omitted or appeal activity.
The Town’s website also enables residents to see its current and past tax rates and a list of common property tax fees.
The Town has also issued a reminder that installments are due on Apr. 29.
