Milton Home Hardware hosting fundraiser to raise awareness for breast cancer

The Home Hardware Building Centre location in Milton will be hosting an event this week to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research.
The event, called “Ladies Night,” will be held at 385 Steeles Ave. East on Thursday, Apr. 21 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
According to the Facebook event page, it will feature local vendors, free goodies and demonstrations for a good cause with 100 per cent of the proceeds from the $5 admission fee going towards breast cancer research.
Various prizes will be up for grabs including a grand prize of staff discounts for one year at their store.
There will also be a “save the tax” event on any products in-store at regular price excluding building materials.
