Milton elementary school gets crossing guard for busy intersection

A local elementary school has gotten a crossing guard for a busy intersection in Milton.
St. Scholastica Catholic Elementary School, located at 170 Whitlock Ave., is “thrilled” after welcoming a new crossing guard into the community.
The new crossing guard, named Sylvia, will now be at the corner of Whitlock Ave. and Mulroney Hts.

“We are so blessed to have her as a part of our Scholastica community,” said the school on Twitter, thanking the Town of Milton and the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB).
