An application has been submitted proposing a permit for the continued operation of the existing horticultural trade use on a permanent basis in the Town of Milton and will be up for discussion at an upcoming council meeting.

A virtual statutory public meeting has been scheduled by the Town of Milton’s Development Services Department for a zoning bylaw amendment for the lands located at 11565 Guelph Line.

The subject lands are located at the east side of Guelph Line, north of the Brookville Hamlet and are approximately 7.3 hectares in size.

The current business has been operating since 2014 under a temporary use zoning bylaw.

The meeting is set to take place on Monday, Jan. 17 at 7:00 p.m.

While members of the public are being invited to provide their input to the public meeting, a decision on this application will not be made by Milton Council that day.

Those interested in participating may fill out the delegate request form. For assistance filling out the form, email the Town or call 905-878-7252 ext. 0. Forms must be submitted by Jan. 13, 2022, at 12:00 p.m.
