Midway Nissan extends sponsorship of Oshawa’s Donevan Recreation Complex Arena

Midway Nissan has extended their arena naming rights sponsorship at Donevan Recreation Complex for another five years.
Midway Nissan has sponsored the Arena at Donevan Recreation Complex, located on Harmony Road, north of Hwy 401, since 2018, with the deal including branding inside the arena – including a large banner and decals on window panes – branding in the change rooms and on the score clock and rink board advertising.
The dealership provides free public skates at Donevan Recreation Complex on the first Saturday of every month from November to March. Midway Nissan also supports the City’s free Playground Program throughout the summer months.
“The extension of our partnership with Midway Nissan at the Donevan Recreation Complex for another five years is an exciting and welcomed investment,” said Oshawa Mayor Dan Carter. “We thank Midway Nissan for their generous support and ongoing commitment.”
Midway Nissan, located in Whitby, has been selling cars in Durham since 1965.
Keith Roberts, Midway Nissan’s General Manager, said supporting the community has been an “integral part” of the business since the beginning. “This continued long-term partnership with the City of Oshawa and the Donevan Recreation Complex is one we feel honoured to be a part of and eagerly look forward to having families and the community continue to enjoy the wealth of activities at the facility for years to come.”
