Metrolinx tweaks afternoon departure times at Oshawa GO

Starting Tuesday there will be some slight adjustments to the schedule for Lakeshore East Go Trains.

All westbound trips from the Oshawa Go Station departing for Toronto (and all other stops in between) after 6 p.m. will leave two minutes earlier.

All eastbound trips bound for Oshawa (and all stops in between) after 7:30 p.m. will leave Union Station one minute earlier.

The adjustments were made to provide “more consistent departure times” and to allow some trains to make longer scheduled stops.

Every minute counts so Metrolinx is advising riders to check their schedule before they travel to ensure they get to their platform on time.
