McLaughlin Road in Brampton closed after pedestrian struck by car: police

First responders are on the scene of a collision in Brampton Tuesday morning (Dec. 8).

Shortly before 6:00 a.m., first responders were called to the area of McLaughlin Road and Bovaird Drive to assist a pedestrian struck by a car.

Peel Police say the pedestrian has been transported to the hospital, but there is currently no information regarding the severity of their injuries.

Police also say the vehicle remained on scene.

McLaughlin Road (Northbound/Southbound) is blocked and drivers are instructed to find alternate routes.
