May 4 Weather: Warm and more rain expected for southern Ontario

Residents in Mississauga and across the GTA are likely to wake up to more of the wet stuff on Saturday (May 4).
A wet week will roll into the weekend as a mix of sun and cloud is expected, according to the latest Environment Canada forecast.
If you’re heading outside, you should have a jacket on to start your morning as there is a 30 per cent chance of showers or drizzle.
There’ll be a high of 23 degrees Celsius for the day unless you’re along the lakeshore where it’s expected to be a much cooler 16 degrees Celsius. The UV index will be 7 or considered high.
The evening will be cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of showers and the risk of a thunderstorm overnight before Sunday morning. A low of 13 is on tap for the overnight.
